A Team Advantage We have a tremendous advantage as a husband and wife team. With over thirty years of combined real estate experience, we’ve been fortunate enough to build a strong business and still love each other in the end! We met in Vail and eventually married at the Beaver Creek Chapel. Our five year old daughter, Bayli, is our pride and joy. As a family, we love the active lifestyle that Vail offers and the safe environment it provides. Our Valley is a magical place and we believe that Vail is truly a healthy place to create a wonderful lifestyle. Over the years, we have really enjoyed meeting clients who have become our very good friends. We play different roles in our business, which allows us flexibility and makes our services unique.About Steve Steve began his Vail real estate career in 1980. For 21 years he participated as an owner in a Vail property management and real estate company and has lived in the Valley for 38 years. Originally from Golden, Colorado, Steve attended CU Boulder and ski raced for the team. Eight years ago, Steve partnered with Hillary. “We balance each other well. Our clients have appreciated what we can do as two versus one broker.” Steve has been in just about every property in the Valley. He prides himself on integrity and feels the relationship with clients in the long run is most valuable. Not just the “one” deal. Steve loves “every” mountain sport. He looks forward to cycling or making visits to Lake Powell with family and friends. Steve has an incredible passion to share the Vail Valley with others. He’s not just showing homes, but taking clients to actually experience what Vail can offer.
About Hillary Hillary offers over 13 years of real estate brokerage in the Vail Valley. Prior to joining Forbes SIR, she contributed to the success of two real estate companies as Managing Broker. Hillary moved to Vail 17 years ago from her hometown of Palos Verdes Estates, California. She played Division I tennis for the University of San Diego and received a degree in International Business. In 1995, she graduated with her MBA at the University of Denver. Her partnership with Steve has been a very successful venture. Their team approach has attributed to helping over 1,000 families realize their dreams in the mountains. “It is important that our clients have the most extraordinary real estate experience ever. We are proud that eighty percent of our business is repeat and referral.” Hillary looks forward to spending quality time with Steve and Bayli. When the daily responsibilities permit, she enjoys cycling, golfing and skiing. She feels very lucky to be sharing and living the Vail lifestyle. |
